I consider it quite possible that the Doctor WILL find Missy...the one the Master just regenerated into! He would then lock her up until her sentence is complete, then wipe her memory and plant in her the thoughts of setting up the Nethersphere and turning Earth's dead into Cybermen.

But the Doctor would be quite capable of HOPING that Missy had a last
second change of hearts and tried to break free of the Master. Such
would seem to be in his character, considering his relationship with her
this year! I would therefore expect him to search Floor 507 near the
